No workouts yet, but I ran all the hills around my home and never ran on a flat surface, just up and down.  Actually felt pretty good, just some twinges in my hip.

Kelli,

Just the normal stuff I have been dealing with for the past 18 months. Some days better than others. I finally got new shoes today and I am sure that will help as well as I need to get back with my yoga and weights.

Work has been completely crazy and I am better running but trying to drag my sorry self out of bed is rather difficult when I run alone every day. I am going to go run with a group at the local running store in a couple of weeks ( they are racing next saturday) but to train with them cost money and I am not sure how I feel about that. I miss the BBK's. I have been tempted to tell people in my ward that I am going to start a group, but few people like 5 am like we do.

How are you doing? Now that you have the 50K behind you, what is next? I might be in Utah the first of December but it will be a Friday morming. I will let you know.

Friday mornings are good for me! I have to get it done every day, so whenever!!

I know what you are saying about running alone. I can do it here and there, but if I have a place to go and people to meet, I am much more likely to do it. I hope you can find some people soon! I would not want to pay for it either, running should be "free!"

Sorry that you are still having issues. I hope they get worked out soon! IT makes it all not fun, so put that on top of running alone and I am not sure I would ever make it out to run!

I am kind of done with racing for a bit. I had some good races this year, but I am a bit burn out. I may run Painters with my friend, she is really trying to break 2 hours and I KNOW she can do it. I signed up for another 50k in April and I am sure I will do the Herriman 5k and St George, but that is all I really have the desire to do right now. Who knows, though, I said that last year!!! I think everyone just gets a bit burnt out in the winter.
