Missed yesterday due to a day trip to Pasadena and had to be at the airport early.    Not sure if yesterday wore me out, the weekend trip to St. George, the trip last week to San Diego  or all three.  Probably all three plus I have not been sleeping well this week.  I woke up just fine but once I started to run, I was completely exhausted.  Took it extra easy but not sure if I will bounce back for tomorrow.
