Met a large group of BBK's and friends for a run on the Riverton 10K route. We did the first 10 as a progressive run - starting at 9:30 for the first mile and then finishing around 7:50-8:00. Needless to say, I was very tired at the end - It is a hilly run and we really did not hold back. The next 3 were as we were regrouping and cooling down. I did not have GU today and very little water after the first 10 and I could really feel the effects on the last few miles. Ave Pace 8:53 Happy Running!
