Met Paula for our run this morning.  We decided that with the snow and ice we would stay on the side streets to avoid the cars.  Not a bad run but my legs are still so tired.  I am not sure why or what is going on, but I am sure some of it is stress related.  I twisted my ankle with about a mile left but it was fine afterwards.

Goodness, I hope the ankle is still doing okay!

I think the weather tends to get us down and make us slow! But stress could do it, too! You are doing great, just call it an easy, enjoyable run. We deserve those as often as we want them!

Spring wont come fast enough for you up there. Nice job getting out even with all the ice. So glad your ankle is ok!
