Met Paula for an easy early morning run.  My IT band was feeling much better yesterday so I decided I would try to run today.  It was still a little sore but the run felt so good.  I was sad to end at 4 miles but do not want to over do it.

One more thought regarding  Boston (sorry to bore anyone with this).  I negative split.  I am really happy with this considering the course but it means we could have probably started a little faster, however mile 1 was not our fault - just to many people.

Ave Pace 9:53 (mile 1 was 11:11 - stretching and forgot to stop my watch)

Happy Running!

I'm glad your IT band is doing better. That is so cool that you had a negative split. I have never done that. I agree we probably could have gone a little faster the first few miles, but it was fun passing people the rest of the way. I had such a great time.

Glad to hear that IT band is feeling better! I noticed (neg split) when I was tracking you, each marker/split your pace would decrease. You really did AMAZING!
