Met the BBK this morning.  I ran the warm up with Kris and had a great chat with her.  We then started the workout and we were doing hills today.  I was okay going up, but the coming down was killing my left knee and lower leg (same issue as yesterday).  I did two of the mile repeats and then decided to leave the group and cool down.  I am sad that I did not finish the work out but I need to fix my leg before it gets worse.  I scraped it a little last night and my husband has been warned that tonight he will be working on it.  I also scheduled a massage for tomorrow.   I am rethinking my plans over the next couple of weeks though.  I am going back to India for 2 more weeks of training and was gearing up for some treadmill workouts, but  I am now thinking I might just take some time off and give my body a break.  It is 10 weeks until Boston and I would rather get this taken care of now then deal with it in March or April.

Happy Running!

I'm sorry to hear about your knee. Taking some time off might be a good idea. Good luck with whatever you decide.

Jody - I'm sorry to hear you're hurt! I was so stoked that I actually caught you on that one recovery that as I heard you behind me on the hill I pushed SO hard. Funny how we're all at a different place, I'm busting my guts to outdo an injured runner! Now I'm laughing at myself. I hope that you get feeling better and have an AWESOME time in India you'll have to run slow with me sometime and chat about what you do that gets you to India!
