Met the BBK's for a warm workout. We warmed up for 3 miles and then broke into two groups. The group I was with did 8x400 meter repeats with equal recovery. I was the slowest of those in this group but I ran hard and finished the work out - an improvement from last year when I would take any chance / reason to wimp out.
