Met the BBK's for 5K repeats. We used the first 5K as a warm up and then dove right into the second. I forgot to reset my watch so I do not have an exact time but somewhere around 22:40. I took the third as a fast paced cool down because my legs were exhausted. I had taken IB before and felt pretty good once we started the second 5K and for the rest of the run. The pain is now more hip/glute than IT and I am really hoping it goes away soon. Ave Pace: 8:15 Happy Running!
