I have been wanting to run Bryant Irvin road for the past few weeks and tonight I got the chance while Jake was at baseball practice.  The run did not start out so well because I was afraid of all the traffic on the road I had to run on to get to Bryant Irvin.  I tried to run somewhere else but there really wasn't a lot to pick from, so I head down the .7 miles to get to Bryant Irvin.  I had to stop and move into the weeds everytime a car came because it was a tiny two lane road without a shoulder - will not do this again.  Once I hit Bryant Irvin I had some flat until I ran down the long hill and was ready to go up the steep hill.   The steep hill is .35 long and was not as bad as I thought.  I then continued with rollers  until I hit the point I needed to turn around.  Once I turned around and a about 1/2 way back I got to run up the long hill - measuring at about .75 mile.   I was tired at the turn around but it wasn't too bad.  Another trip down the two lane road and I mad it back safely.  Will run Bryant Irvin again, won't run the two lane road again.  I kept a pretty even pace and effort the entire time and that was my goal.

Nice run Jody! I'm glad you're feeling good and getting some new runs in. I didn't even know/realized you'd moved until a couple weeks ago! I hope things are settling in well for you.
