I am in San Diego today for work and tried to sleep in but  couldn't.  I  forgot how much I love running here!  Beautiful weather, beautiful sunrise - just perfect!   I just had time for 4 easy miles, but the good news is no real pain or irritation until mile 4.  This is just about a record!

YEA for no pain, Prednisone always seems to keep me from sleeping well too! Glad you had a good run. VERY jealous of the beautiful weather!!!
