30 min of yoga this morning outside - very nice morning. I am not nearly as sore as I expected to be from yesterday, which means I am not in as bad of shape as I previously thought, but it also means I have not been pushing myself the way I should be.....no real surprise there. I need a way to get over the mental hump. I am running a 15K tomorrow that I had planned running at the pace I ran yesterday, but unsure how fatigued I will be tomorrow morning. The good news is that we will be in the low 60's (we all might die of shock) but it comes with wind and I do not know the 2/3 of the course at all, so we will see how it goes.
