Ran this morning with Paula.  We had a great time despite the cold.  I had over dressed and shedded a jacket at about mile 1. It was icy on the side streets but the main roads were dry so we opted to stick to those and dodge cars. The rest was great.

Happy Running!

I did not know you could overdress when it is in the teens outside!!

Great job, have a good week.

Heavens Jody, you are HARD CORE! It was 9 degrees when I left my house at 7:30. You are impressive. I have a rule of not running in sub-20 degree weather. I know, I'm a wimp:)

And like Kelli said, I didn't know it was possible to overdress on a day like today:)

I wimped out and went to the gym. You are truly inspiring to go out there and brave the elements.

Whats next? Running in L.A.?
