He had great pacing in the middle of the race and closed extremely well. 13:26 / 13:18! The one thing about Rupp - when he says he's going for a certain time, he usually gets it.

10th in the 5k with his second split. He should have doubled.

That was kind of a weird 5K. USA guys were off the back immediately. No one really went with the rabbits, either.
W1500 was probably my favorite race of the meet. Jenny Simpson was solid. She's so close to the American record!
