AM - Wolverine Cirque, skied Granny Chute twice. Teton-style approach for about a mile before we could start skinning. A little extra effort to get back there, but worth it [2500'].

PM - 7 miles. Ran one mile hard (~3% downhill) in 5:23. Not quite all-out but close.

It was a good cap to my spring workout block :-)

My friend is having a one mile race the morning of his wedding in two months. I need to get in good enough shape to win that.
