AM - 19 mile long run. Averaged 7:35/mile. Fairly challenging route.

Yasir - had I been home in Utah, I might have! :-) 70" of snow fell in a week, making ski conditions remarkable. Conditions in Maryland were much more conducive to hilly long runs.
