AM - 7 miles.

PM - Skinned 3 x GW at Brighton [5200'].

I gave a ride down the canyon to a couple high school kids who couldn't figure out the bus schedule. Turns out they both ran cross-country and they told me how their coach had them running 6 miles every day, which is crazy because it is "about the same amount that most olympians run."

Maybe Olympian sprinters.

I would think that Olympic-level sprinters would be running much LESS than 6 miles/day :-)
