PM - 7 miles. 16 x 1 minute fartlek - first four on the road, then a dozen on the horsepark loop. Speaking of horsepark, it's currently being upgraded, and people on Yelp are not happy.

Big deal. I know a guy who posted on Facebook about how he got hit by FOUR cars during the Fittest State Festival.
