AM - 24 mile long run. Park City - Snyderville Basin loop. Averaged 6:45/mile. First 20 w/ Fritz and Josh, then tacked on an extra out and back on the dirt path. I really like this route... I feel like I get the stimulus I need, but I recover a lot quicker than I would from an equally long run at Jeremy Ranch.

6:20 for this last miles is a nice finish. Good super long run.

I only got one split (http://goo.gl/xI3zRf) but that seems about right for the last part. I passed a guy running with a rugbyball.

We never used the word stimulus back in the day. It was just like if 22 is good, 24 is better.

I got the right stimulus in mile 16 or 17 when I passed the cute girl slower than I usually would. Perhaps Jake went back out to find her.

See that's just the kind of humor that can get a man in trouble these days! Now what you're describing was basically the main point of every run back at Southeastern. But that was a completely different time.
