AM - 7 miles.

PM - 6 miles.

I've been doing some short runs, leisure walking, the occasional mountain bike ride, watching Breaking Bad, and developing a rawpaleoveganwarrior smoothie made of beet juice, venison, and Kool Aid. Eventually I'll add carbonation so it can go on this map.

Sounds delicious. I hope it catches on, because sprite is a pretty lame coke, Utah.

Penny Hardaway and Lil Penny would disagree.

Only one state has ice in the drink! Ha!

What does leisure walking look like? The reviews are in on the smoothie - It's good, but it needs more Bambi.

None of these short runs are worth logging as "running miles"?

From allie on Thu, Jun 12, 2014 at 15:11:37 from 172.56.8.159

i love leisure walks.

From SlowJoe on Thu, Jun 12, 2014 at 15:16:10 from 168.215.171.129

hahah - yes, leisure walks and wood chips that have a high fiber content. Way to exploit the edit comment loophole!

From Jake K on Thu, Jun 12, 2014 at 15:24:38 from 199.190.170.31

Blast you for deleting that, allie. In any case, the wood chips are a good idea... I'll grab some from the Liberty Park loop. That would make the drink "organic" as well, and more buzz words = more health benefits. It's synergy, global citizenship, and sustainability.

Rob - I would say these runs count as running miles. I have a piece of paper that they're all written down on. In pen, so you know I'm serious.

What about kale? It isn't healthy without kale.

From Jake K on Thu, Jun 12, 2014 at 16:39:51 from 199.190.170.31

I actually eat lots of kale. It's my favorite grain.
