PM - 8 miles + 8 x 100m strides. Last 4 w/ Andrea at Wheeler Farm.

Another recovery day. Actually doing the post-race thing correctly (for the first time ever). I want to get the full stimulus from the race and be fresh for the last block of workouts before Indy, which will start tomorrow.

I really like hitting the races on the USATF national champs circuit. Next year I'm going to try and get to even more of them.

I was supposed to remind you about recovery. I forgot. Looks like you listened to yourself or The Voice of Reason (Andrea, of course). In any case, well done.

Think I'll try to be at the race. My training buddy Brandon is pacing a local group (nothing beyond his easy pace I think). I was going to jump in with him, but I think that's my first week back after Boston.

That would be cool. I'm in town until Saturday evening, so maybe we can grab lunch after the race or something like that.
