We were traveling through Moab today and decided to go for a trail run.
Fun run right up to the point when I heard a scream followed by "I'm bleeding!". I'm so proud, my wife is an official trail runner, she suffered her first face plant. (she's ok now).

Wow, nice pics. Good to see she is alright. Also, I workout at the gym every Monday with one of your friends, John Peterson. We got to talking about trail running and he asked if I knew you.

John and I were roommates for a while in college. Encourage him to run a trail race. In my 2011 schedule I have Moab's Red Hot 55k in Feb., Antelope Island Buffalo Run 50K in March, Ogden Marathon in May, Logan Peak Trail Run (28 mi) in June. Buffalo Run 25k would be a good starter trail race.
