Second day of the 24 hour relay.  I got lucky and had some good legs.  Ran at 9pm last night and 10am this morning.  It was warm this morning and really humid. I didn't feel as good this morning so took it easy.  Could have been the weather. Had a good time on the relay.

Sounds like the relay was pretty fun. I want to do one someday. Might try Ragnar from Miami to Key West in January with some friends that did it last year.

You should do one. It is a lot of fun. I have done several and had a great time. Don't get much sleep but a good experience. Miami to Key West sounds neat. Probably a beautiful route.
