Ran later this morning so it was warmer (68) but still nice.  Still having some pain in the hip.  I am trying to stretch and strengthen it to make it through this marathon.  Hopefully I can keep it in check to finish my training.  Planning long run tomorrow so kept it shorter today.

I'm training for the Monumental Marathon here in Indy. It is the first week of Nov. Haven't ran a marathon in 5 years so trying to keep my body together during the buildup. How about you? Anything coming up?
