San Diego, CA: My left leg was hurting pretty bad all day Sat and Sun just walking around so decided to take off Sun and Mon to rest it. That seemed to help and today it felt good so decided to run again. I started off easy and no problems for the first 2.5 miles. When I turned around to come back I put stress on the outside of my leg and it started hurting again bad. I stopped and walked for about 1/4 mile and did some stretching which seemed to help. I started running again and at first is was painful but started to go away and felt better as I went. When I got back I could feel tightness and mild pain but much better. I will see how it is again in the morning but something when I twisted my body to turn caused the pain. Not sure what it is but feels like a tendon or ligament. Hopefully, not something that will cause a long term problem. I am really ready to get back to normal running. |
