It was cooler this morning (68) and felt really good compared to the last week. I felt ok. My legs were a little tired from using the different muscles biking. After a couple of miles got into a good flow and felt good the rest of the way. I added in 8 x 100m strides at the end to get some leg turnover going. Those went pretty good as well. Trying to get the body back used to doing some faster stuff. 62:37 (7:50 avg)
