Short easy run.  Didn't have much time today, so just a short loop on Canyon Road through the Island and back.  Can't wait until school gets out so I can spend all my time running.  :)

Easy run down through First Dam, behind the WRL, Simpson Dr., Mountain Road, Gibson Park, down through River Heights and looping through the Island, back up through campus and home.  A few knee twinges.  One of which almost stopped me, but it subsided quickly.

Nice relaxed run out and back on the BST.  Felt rested and no knee twinges.

15 miles, 8 of which were with Cody after what seems like FOREVER.  We were both pretty excited to get out on the trails again, even if it was just the LRT.  I ran from my house and met him at First Dam, then we ran up the LRT, took the right fork to Bridger Overlook and looped down the Spring Hollow Trail back to the LRT at 3rd Dam.  It was nice to have company.  After I dropped Cody off at his car I took off up the BST and ran along it until I cut off at Lundstrom Park and back home.  That last section I kinda ran out of energy.  I blame it on my diet of late.  Cody was telling me he's been trying to eat better, and I think I had better do the same.  It's just so easy since I work at nights often to just go grab something on my way home.  With finals looming it's increasingly difficult to have time to run as much as normal and to cook decent meals.  I just have to survive a couple of more weeks...
