8.79 in 1:04:30 outside. This is the first run outside in about 3 weeks and it was great. Felt good. Kept a good pace. Overall pace was about 7:20/mile. Several mile were under 7:00.
Did 10 and then lifted for 40 minutes. Then did an additional 3. This was a big week for me as far as miles go, but the treadmill just doesn't feel the same as when I'm out on the road.
