7.0 in 53:00.  7:52 avg pace.  Over to 700 S. and then out to 2300 W or old Saratoga Road.  Then went out towards Saratoga and then came back via Loch Lomand.  Good run.  Felt good.

7.20 in 55:26.  7:42 avg pace.  No run this morning since I was in Bozeman, MT from yesterday until early today.  Got a run tonight though after work.  Great temps.  I actually wore shorts.  Ran out towards Saratoga and connected to the JRP over to Pioneer Crossing and back home.  It was pitch black pretty much the whole way.  Good run.
