6.30 in 51:54 (8:14). Slow, but a good run. Up to 300 W. and back.
PM CF then ran 3 miles at the LC on my way home.
5 miles no watch up Center St. and back with Mark.

9 miles in 1:11:00 (7:53). No work today, so I headed out alone around 6:20 AM and went about 4.50 out towards Saratoga and back.
CF Got about 1.25 in during the workout.
7.45 in 1:01:23 (8:15). Started at 6:20 AM and went up 300 W. and back. Freezing cold when I was running north or east due to the wind. My body is tired, so I didn't have much in the tank.

AM #2 4 miles on the TM. Slow.
13.05 in 1:45:35. Ran up to Smiths Mktplace. I was pretty cold the last 2-3 miles.
Lifted and ran an easy 3 miles on the TM at the LC.
