7.60 in 1:02:50. The goal today was to try and get some faster than normal leg turnover. Warmed up for about 3 miles and then did 2x800s. 0.51 in 3:16 Way slow. Hoping for closer to 3:00. 0.51 in 3:10 Better, but I'm not liking these much. 4x400s 1:33, 1:32, 1:32, 1:32. I haven't done anything remotely close to a speed workout in a long time, so I guess it is to be expected that I didn't feel all that great. It still felt good to push myself more than normal though.
