17.0 miles in around 2:16. Long run. Up 8.5 in Provo Canyon and back down. Lots of runners/bikers. A little wind and a little rain. Longest run since Ogden Marathon. I was able to keep a descent pace and overall felt pretty good. I stuck to the training plan exactly this week. I ended up right under 60 miles for the week; which is a lot for me. I hope I didn't do more damage than good though. My feet just don't seem/feel normal. Both achilles and the top of my left foot worry me. We will see how I feel Monday. I guess if they survived this past week, then they should be able to hold up for a while. If I can keep up the training plan I should be in great shape for St. George.
