Ran from my house and met Becca after a couple miles.  Ran several miles with her and it got freaking cold because the wind started blowing.  Ran the last 3+ alone and luckily had the wind at my back for most of them.  Went and lifted for about 45 minutes as well.

Shoot. You weren't too slow. You keep my pace honest. That wind was awful. I couldn't believe how cold it was. This run will make us stronger.
