12.25 in around 1:35:57 up and down Provo Canyon. Took it easy going up, and tried to push things coming back down a little bit. Around mile 9 my quads and legs really started feeling the 1/2 from last Saturday. Hopefully next week I'll be able to get back to feeling normal. Not too cold today, but not warm enough either. Lifted for around 40 minutes.
