13.0 in 1:42:31. 7:53 avg pace. First 4.75 were with Mark and then he turned back. Headed up towards Smiths Mktplce. Felt okay, then felt good, then felt sore and stiff at the end in my legs. Pretty good run. Lifted for about 1 hour after.
