Total Distance
11.20

11.20 in 1:24:16 (7:31).  Ran up 300 West and then towards Smith's Mktplace and then back around home.  Tried to push the pace at the beginning and while climbing up 300 West.  Good run for me, but I never quite felt completely comfortable.

nice miles this morning -- great pace too. when you mentioned smith's mktplace all that came to mind was dust, potholes, orange barrels and ultimate confusion.

Yeah, I love running up that way, but it's all torn up now days....and it takes me 5 miles to get there. When you get a minute, I would love your opinion on the best way to attack the TOU marathon course. I've probably asked you this before. I was pretty aggressive last year the first half (just under 1:26ish) and I think it came back to hurt me later on. I seem to really struggle when the course winds around the city. That being said, I feel really good about my training now and if I run a smart race there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to come in around the 3 hr mark. Would love to hear your advice.
