Total Distance
9.50

9.50 in 1:11:35.  7:32 avg pace.  Short cemetary loop.  I wanted to get in some good miles at just a bit slower than marathon pace.  Ran 2 easy miles and then did 6 faster ones.  Splits were 7:14, 8:06 (two brutal hills), 7:01, 7:25 (another hill), 6:50, 6:55.  Cooled down with 1.50 to get back home.

Black Launch Miles: 9.50

Nice work Jeff! I wish I could hit 8mm on my killer hills, it's usually more like a 10! Are you in SGM this year?

Thanks rad. You've been getting in some good workouts yourself lately. No sgm for me. I didn't get in so I'm going to do tou. Are you running sgm?

Nice workouts lately. I'm excited to see you hit that sub three. I never commented on your race last week, you did an awesome job! It's fun to see your running take flight. One word from me... JEALOUSY.

I think you will kick the trash out of TOU. Are you doing the half that is two or so weeks before? I did that last year and it really seemed to help get an idea of the end of that course.

great week so far and nice splits on your run this morning. how do you like the launch?

From Jeff L on Thu, Aug 26, 2010 at 01:01:42 from 69.227.184.211

Bec-I would like to do the 1/2, but am not. I saw that you ran recently outside. Keep it up.

Allie-I really like the Launch and the Kinvaras. I get a little worried about wearing them too much because they are quite a bit more minimal than what I'm use to, but I like them alot.
