AM 12 in 1:40:48 (8:24). Ran with Mark up to Smith's Mktplace and back. Slow run mainly cause yesterday's little speed session has got me sore. I am not bouncing back very good from the marathon.

It's a marathon...you're not suppose to bounce back brotha :) but you will. couple more weeks and you will be faster and stronger than ever. Not all of us have 48 hour recovery periods like Riley and Matt :)))
