8.15 in 1:07:37 (8:18).  First 4 on my own up Center St. and back.  Next 4 with Ryan.  Cold in my chest is making things rough and I think it's zapping my energy.

PM 6.15 in 46:47 (7:37).  Went towards Saratoga and back. Got caught in the rain for the last mile.
