AM 12.10 in 1:34:25 (7:48). Medium-long run. Up to 300 W. and then over to Smiths Mktlplace and back. Really windy heading up, but it was nice coming back. Crossfit. 1000 meter row followed by 100 pull-ups, 100 squats, 100 push-ups (broken up) followed by 1000 meter row. |
