10.70 in 1:27:06. Avg pace 8:08. Ran the 3rd North route starting at 5:30. Weather was pretty good, but wish I was running in shorts and a no sleeve shirt by now. Legs were very sore by mile 9 and knee was more sore than normal probably due to all the exercises at the PT yesterday. I think that's also why my legs were sore, and my body isn't used to 8:00 pace for 10-11 miles. Took 800 mg of IBup. before running. Lifted for 1 hour and did elliptical for 33 min to get to 2 hours of cardio today.
