AM 3 miles no watch around the neighborhood.  Legs were runnable, but still pretty sore.

PM Crossfit 2 rounds of 800 m run 30 DB push presses 30 band good mornings.  Legs feeling noticeably better this evening.

Hey I'm going to make an attempt to try and talk you into running Ogden with me:) but I would need to start out a little slower than you but I think you would have a better race if you did the first half with me at a 1:29 and then we can try and negative split:)))) I totally understand if you don't want to stray from your plan.

Hey there. I'll think about it. Really if I could hit the half around 1:27:30-1:29:00 I would be happy. I worry that I won't be able to negative split the course, or if I do it will be minimal, so hitting the first half at 1:29 worries me a bit....and I certainly wouldn't want to accidentally make you go faster over the first half.

Sometime accidents are good, ya it always just depend in the day but I would like to see if I can hang with you. I definitely will pull back if I feel it's to fast. And don't feel like you need to hang back with me if you don't want to:)
