Short-Term Running Goals:

Keep on running, enjoy it for the sake of running, relax and enjoy life...de-stress.  Stay fit as I enter retirement in < 4years.

No racing, retired.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Keep running until this old body says no, running for fun.

 I started running competitively in 2005 and ran my first marathon in 2005. Now retired from competitive racing.

Good PT appointment, lots of good recovery in alignment and strength.  Still need to do some stretching, rolling, weight stuff.

Happy Thanksgiving!  We got about 8 inches of snow overnight and through the morning!  Shoveled the driveway with the family then went out for a run through the neighborhood in the quite, white and deep snow conditions.  Hammy and glute actually felt ok today.  (Xodus)

Now for the food with my family at my parents house.    Glute started to really hurt in the evening, burning sensation.

Skipped running today (-4 outside when I woke up!) and went to spinning class instead.   Glute felt ok but if I put too much resistance on I felt it in my hip.  So, fast flat road spin for 26 km. 

Now to start decorating for Christmas and we are making our own turkey today.
