8 miles / 8:33 avg. easy progression run on the boardwalk at the nature preserve. started really rough today. i've had a cold the last five days and it's been affecting my sleep. i guess that's why it took so long to warm up today. splits: 9:46, 9:33, 8:55, 8:31, 8:23, 8:08, 7:53, 7:16. the last couple of miles felt great.
