13 miles / easy. From home - LPT/cattle road loop. Warm at 7:30 AM but without the cloud cover it would have been worse. Made my goal of 45 miles in three days: Saturday - 25 miles, Sunday - 7 miles, Monday - 13 miles. Weekly total of 65 miles (Tues - Mon) which I did with 5 runs giving an average of 13 miles per run.

6 miles /  From work. Sunny and warm. Ran to the HS track and ran some miles then ran back to work. Trying out the new Hattori's. Love them. It's like running barefoot comfortably on the road.
