4 really slow miles from work / easy street. so i get the achilles strain that popped up a couple of weeks ago under control and now, yesterday, my left hamstring developed a sharp pain. funny stuff. anyway, i took it real slow today and it felt pretty good. that's two niggles in places i've not had pain before in two weeks...i'm falling apart! i've never been fast but i've always been strong. i've always been able to count on my legs getting me through whatever mileage i set my mind to. i hope this isn't signaling the end of an era for me. my mileage has been low the past few months and i haven't done any speedwork so i don't know what's going on.
