Lunch: 4.3 miles, averaged 11:33. HR 134.
Last day of regular classes. Ran when I got home at lunch. Physically better and mentally much better. I assume the mental drop was the 100 MPH to 0 MPH exercise crash (went from 105 miles and 15-17 hours of exercise to nothing) coupled with end of semester stress.
Run was good but very slow, which I don't really care about. Nothing but slow sub-140 HR running for a number of weeks. I will return to workouts some day when my weight drops back down and I am able to run sub-140 HR for 8:00-8:15 pace.
