I live in Michigan with my wife, Megan, and our boys, Charlie and Sawyer. I started running in September 2010.

AM/Lunch: 60' on the trainer. 141W. HR 117.
We went to Megan's uncle's for an overnight stay.

Megan's Uncle's birthday. We had a good time the night before with all of the boys' cousins running (and crawling) around.
PM: 60' in the trainer. 191W. HR 150.
Power to heart rate looking much better.
Today I got my staples out and my splint off. Holy moly. Elbow doesn't have much range of motion. Long road ahead.
AM: 60' on the trainer. 157W. HR 118 (but there were some drops).
PT evaluation today and session #1. Oof.
PM: 2.2 mile walk with Megan and the boys.
The boys weren't having it and I was not feeling great mentally.
Thursdays will take some work to get a ride in, likely after dinner or just take it off. I would like to run with Megan and the boys, but it will be another few weeks before I can run and the boys really aren't into the stroller these days.

Workout was to detress a bit. Unmeasured intervals, so I am not sure about the power. Felt a bit better after I think.
