Still don't feel 100%. Fine mostly, just still some slight brain fog and a little tired. Might just be recovering and stress.

Tried to get up to run before class, but it just wasn't happening. I get off my rhythm running and it gets way off. Felt anxious to start the day and much better by the end.

Felt kind of down recently. Not crippling depression, just down. I assume this is a seasonal depression as it is not terrible and kind of feels like that, though it has been some time since I have experienced it.

Got up before class. HR seemed really solid, almost normal. Resting HR dropping okay at night. Mostly normal, maybe slightly above, but that could be fitness loss.

Felt awful on the run. Just mentally was not into it, felt just okay on the ride. First run since returning from Florida.

Mostly very easy but with some hard sprints. Hit some PR watts for peak and 5 second power. Felt some fatigue later in the day, just no energy. Not sure if it is still the virus kicking me or not.
One of these days in here I took another COVID test and it was negative. The boys haven't been to their friend's as they have had COVID.

I don't recall what was going on, but I still felt some fatigue so I just took it off.
