Yes, indeed. Nothing special the next few weeks. Just get some easy mileage in, don't get cute, and really lock in the diet.
All in all it is a long way to November, so I am going to enjoy the comfortable air before the heat rolls in . . .

Oh, the heat.. I keep forgetting that's right around the corner. Hopefully somehow it's more manageable this year. I've heard saunas help, but who has a sauna?
