About 4 seconds faster than 2 weeks ago. Still slow, but I'm happy to be running faster again. Felt strong at the end and just okay throughout. Decent for holiday decadence I think. We drove back to Toledo yesterday and drove back to Michigan around noon today. Took a nap and didn't feel like doing anything.
